Apple Jell-o Shots Recipe
Mix the boiling water with the single package of sour apple jell-o. Stir for 2 minutes until all dissolved. Add 2 cups of DeKuyper Sour Apple Pucker schnapps, and mix well. Pour into small cups with lids and let set overnight. Serve, preferably at parties.
Dekuyper Sour Apple Pucker Schnapps
Pucker is a line of fruit flavoured liqueur produced by DeKyuper and are usually 15% ABV (30 proof). Puckers are mostly used in mixed drinks.

Temperature of water is important and although almost all cocktails are served chilled, be sure to understand the role water plays in a drink. Another factor is the quality of water, if you are serious about your cocktail, be sure to use the best neutral tap water or preferably bottled spring water if possible.
