Sometimes the simplest recipes are the best, as demonstrated by this easy, refreshing cocktail. Bright, bittersweet orange Aperol and fresh orange juice are the only components. Combined in a tall glass filled with ice in a 2:1 ratio, the ingredients mingle and chill into a sunset-hued blend. The bergamot and rhubarb notes of Aperol pair sublimely with the sweet orange juice. Just add an orange slice garnish for a bright pop of color. Vibrant, light and citrusy, the Aperol Orange is Italian aperitif drinking at its best.
