MOREAmericans were happily ordering cocktails at bars since 1860, but then in the 1920, Prohibition was enacted and then, after long thirteen years, In 1933 the 21st Amendment was passed repealing Prohibition.
This amendment gave states the power to control alcohol sales within their own borders. So, while some states continued to prohibit alcohol sales others quickly lifted their bans.
As a result, Americans were able to order mixed drinks in a bar starting in 1933. A happy goodbye to hush hush speakeasies and bootlegging of hooch, it was.

Cinzano Bianco
Cinzano is an Italian brand of Vermouth, owned by Gruppo Campari. Cinzano vermouths date back to 1757 and the Turin herbal shop of two brothers, Giovanni Giacomo and Carlo Stefano Cinzano
The Cinzano Bianco came after Cinzano Rozzo, the original Vermouth Rosso or Red Vermouth, from aromatic plants from the Italian Alps in a secret recipe combining 35 ingredients. The Cinzano Bianco is a different combination of herbs that include artemisia (wormwood), cinnamon, cloves, citrus and gentian. And it was a sweet Vermouth and the Cinzano Bianca was followed by a Dry or extra-dry version, the Cinzano Extra White. Export began in 1890 and soon became popular outside the Turin, Casanova bourgeoisie and found appreciation in Argentina, Brazil and USA among other countries.

DeKuyper Peachtree is a schnapps liqueur from Netherlands. It has an ABV (alcohol-by-volume) percentage of 15% which means DeKuyper Peachtree is 30 proof. Peach Schnapps are made by many different brands, and the DeKuypers is one of the few well knoown brands. Peach Schnapps is often mixed with orange juice or white lemonade, and is used a mixer itself with many primary liquors like Rum, Vodka or Gin. Dekuyper Peachtree Schnapps, like all Schnapps can be drank neat too and is usuially drank after dinner. The more common use is in cocktails and it adds a rich juicy peach flavour to a cocktail.
