Cream
Cream can be used to make a creamy cocktail, but when you make a cream cocktail make sure you whip and make your own version. You can also go for a heavy whipped cream which is thicker than regular cream and milk fat can be between 30%-40%.
For a rich and creamy cocktail recipe, combine heavy cream with one shot of alcohol and powdered sugar, then whip it until soft peaks form for a fluffy consistency or you can use it as a loose cream.Banana Creme Liqueur
A crème liqueur or crème de as we know it, crème de cacao, crème de menthe for example, is not a cream liqueur, they contain no cream. Crème Liqueur is a liqueur that is a liqueur with plenty of added sugar that gives the liqueur a near syrup consistency.
Jamesons Irish Whiskey
Jamesonis one of the most popular blended Irish Whiskey produced and sold worldwide, by the Irish Distilleries subsidiary of Pernod Ricard. Jameson is on the six main Dublin Whiskeys at the Jameson Distillery Bow St., Jameson is now distilled at the New Midleton Distillery in County Cork -source - Wikipedia
Jameson has an interesting history if we go by the whisky or whiskey first argument, the founder of the distillery John Jameson was originally a lawyer from Alloa, Scotland and previous to establishing the Jameson distillery in Ireland, he married Margaret Haig in 1768, Margaret was the eldest daughter of John Haig, the famous Scottish whisky distiller.
Jameson is produced from a blend of grain whiskey and single pot still whiskey, a single pot still whiskey is a traditional Irish distillation technique of using a mixture of malted and unmalted barley, and Jameson uses the Irish unmalted green barley, all sourced from within a fifty miles of the distillery in Cork.
The barley is dried in a closed kiln fired by natural gas, while anthracite was used previously. This is a distinctive contrast to the use of peat in firing the kiln in Scottish Whisky distillation, which adds a distinctive peat flavour.Orange Juice
Orange Juice is an excellent source of Vitamin C, one cup contains twice the daily recommended value. Vitamin C supports the immune system and helps fighting the common cold. The folate in Orange juice supports healthy fetal development. It is low calory and thus is already a qualified alternative to cola fizz in your cocktail if you want to keep your drinks acceptably healthy.
Orange Juice being citrus and naturally sweet and sour, it literally goes with almost any liquor, and of course Vodka being neutral, the best known pairing is with Vodka. But goes well with Dark Rum too, and you get the Planter's Punch, mix it with Champagne and you have made a mimosa, or with tequila to make a tequila sunrise.
