Shake rum, vodka, triple sec, orange juice and Coke vigorously with ice to blend and chill. Strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish with an orange slice. Adjust the measurements to taste - add more Coke for a longer drink or increase the spirits for a stronger cocktail. For extra fizz, use lemon-lime soda instead of Coke.
