Vodka Infusion: Greek Isles Recipe


Fill a shaker glass with ice. Add infused Vodka, juice, simple syrup, and soda. Cap mixer glass and shake vigorously. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish and serve. (Cocktail created by: Ryan Thomas Magarian, Master Mixologist, Kathy Casey Food Studios, Seattle WA) Making Greek Isles Infusion- 1 bottle (750 ml) Vodka- 1 lemon, poked with a skewer 20 times- 1/2 cup dried apricot halves (about 10 pieces)- 8 pitted dates- 5 Greek dried golden figs cut in halves- 1/2 teaspoon anise seedRinse lemon well. Place lemon, dried fruit and spices in an infusion jar and top with Vodka. Let infuse for 2 days, then strain and place infused Vodka in a container.
