Can I use instant coffee instead of espresso?
MOREWhile instant coffee can be a substitute, it may not provide the same depth of flavor. For the best results, use freshly brewed espresso whenever possible.

Vodka Dragon Recipe
The Vodka dragon is a treat for every Vodka connoisseur, and can be made with any three kinds of Vodka. But only those of decent quality are recommended. The recipie above is a very well balanced mix. The Vodka Dragon is prepared by adding the three Vodkas one after the other into the glass, and drinking the mixture without stirring or shaking. Each Vodka should be cold before pouring, and absolutely no ice should ever be added. Drinkig any Vodka on the rocks is abyssmal and ruins the spirit. The three Vodkas used should consist of one with a strong burn to give the dragon its breath, which goes on the bottom (Finlandia). One that is heavy on the flavour and a little on the bitter side for the dragons tough hide, to go in the middle (Dwerok). And one that is sweet and smooth with subtle rich flavours to go on the top, for the dragons magic (Stolichnaya).
Vodka
Vodka is an European clear distilled alcoholic drink that has been one of the most popular drinks across the world .
You'll find it to be the most popular spirit in drink making because of it's neutral taste and absence of flavour and colour.
Vodka often replaces Gin in many traditional cocktails
Vodka is known to be good for the heart, and if consumed in moderation, can prove to be good for cardiovascular health
Note that these days there are flavoured Vodka available in the market too, and some cocktails do make use of them.Dwerok Vodka

However, we have embarked on a journey of manually updating the relative strength of cocktails, their flavour profile and in the future aim at providing approximate calories per drink too.
Blue Tick Project:We aim at manually validating and verifying each cocktail in their current context and mark them as valid, where, a blue tick would mean that the recipe has been verified and is 100% accurate while an orange tick would mean the recipe has low confidence.
Where as a grey tick would mean that the recipe has not yet been manually validated or verified recently.
