What is a mocktail?
MOREA mocktail is a non-alcoholic drink often made with fruit juices syrups and sparkling water. Mocktails are becoming increasingly popular as people look for ways to enjoy the flavour of cocktails without the alcohol.
Many bars and restaurants now offer a selection of mocktails and there are even books devoted to the subject.

cup (hot) Add 2 oz flavor mix or Schnapps for a Cherry Peach Blackberry Raspberry Strawberry or Wildberry Baked Apple
Coconut Rum
A Coconut Rum is a White Rum made following the usual fermentation of sugarcane molasses or sugarcane juice, then distillation of it into a clear liquid, which is then aged in stainless steel barrels. White Rums are colourless since they are aged in steel barrels where as Dark Rums get their hue from the charred oak barrels they are agedin.
A Coconut Rum is essentially thus a white Rum infused with coconut flavour by steeping coconut meat in Rum and leaving to infuse for at least two weeks. Then once infused, the coconut is filtered out and the flavoured Rum is bottled and sold. From the infusion it attains a rich tropical flavour and creamy texture and is a favourite tropical drink to uplift your mood, where ever you are.Hot Apple Juice Fill
Apple juice is a fruit juice made by maceration and pressing of an apple. The extract is usually clarified of suspended starch and pectin and then pasteurised and bottled or further clarified to produce a commercial juice. Apple juice manufacturing being an expensive process, it is mostly produced commercially worldwide.
Apple juice if unconcentrated, is 88% water and helps rehydrating the body, it contains beneficial plant compounds like polyphenols. Lakewood's Organic Apple Juice is one of the best choices of Organic Apple Juice, while Mott's Sensible Apple is the brand that has the least added sugar in it.
Apple juice goes well with Vodka too, while dark liquors like Bourbon and Dark Rum had been the traditional choices with Apple Juice.
