The Bloody Beaver is a beer cocktail that combines fruit and spice flavors for an intriguing twist on michelada-style drinks. Belgian framboise (raspberry) lambic beer brings its distinctive tart, fruit flavors. Hard apple cider contributes additional fruitiness along with gentle carbonation. Simply pour the lambic into a beer mug, then gently layer the cider on top. The two beers will mix a bit as the drink is consumed. The end result offers a refreshing blend of apple and raspberry with a touch of funky lambic complexity.

  • Hard Cider

    Hard cider is a fermented alcoholic beverage of juice of fruits, usually apple. The use of "hard" is to distinguish it from it's non-alcoholic sibling, apple cider, which is made by pressing apples to produce juice. Hard cider us often compared with beer, since it's bubbly and is less alcoholic than wine like fully-fermented beverages. The lesser alcohol by volume is due to the fact that even the sweetest of apples contain much less sugar than grapes. Hard cider contains 4% t0 6% ABV.

Maniis an ERP and SaaS developer and architect by day and a cocktail enthusiast in her leisure. She holds a Masters in Computer Application and Programming.
