Cowboy Kool-Aid
Which cocktails are attributed to the Royal Navy of England?
The Royal Navy of England is credited with the invention of both Gin and Tonic as well as Pink Gin. The reason for this is that these drinks were created as a way to make the English sailors more resistant to malaria.
Gin and Tonic was created by adding quinine to gin which made it more palatable and thus easier for sailors to drink.
Pink Gin on the other hand was created by adding a dash of Angostura bitters to gin, the dark red bitter turned the whole drink pink. This concoction was supposed to cure sea sickness.
Gin and Tonic though, is generally attributed to the Colonial Armed Forces of England in general, not just the Navy.

Cowboy Kool-Aid Recipe
Take a clean, empty, plastic gallon jug. Pour in the smallest can of frozen limeade you can find, about 6 oz Add all six cans of ice-cold Mountain Dew. Pour the entire pint of 190 proof Everclear into the jug. Add enough cold water to bring the brew close to the top of the jug (about a cup or so.) Now shake it very, very gently with the lid on the jug. It'll fizz, so don't shake it hard! Pour into mason jars (or sip right from the jug if you're so inclined) and enjoy.
Cowboy Kool-Aid is one of those Big Batch Cocktails that are forever popular in pool parties. backyard meets and BBQs.
Like most cocktail names, this one too is not bereft of popular American cultural icons, euphemisms and references to incidents and of course some amount of sexual reference too.
Cowboy Kool-Aid often refers to a lot of things including semen as per Urban Dictionary and the semi frozen light texture might refer to that, but there are a lot more to it than just plain old semen.
The popular phrase Drinking the Kool-Aid refers to irrational and extremist followership, where one could go as far as even drinking the Kool-Aid for the cause.
This phrase gained traction from an event in Jonestown, Guyana where over 900 members of the Peoples Temple movement died when their leader proposed "revolutionary suicide" by drinking a powdered drink laced with cyanide, and the followers of the movement's leader Jim Jones followed and died.
Kool-Aid is a popular drink but it has some serious notoriety over it's content too. but the reference to Kool-Aid is not from that. it's all about the eyewitness reference of some Cool Aid being used in the mass suicide that made Kool-Aid brand associated with the event and the phtase and has been referred to as the "Kool-Aid drill" even in politics, a "Kool-Aid drill without the cyanide" meant the same overzealous followership sans the extreme measures.
The name Cowboy Kool-Aid thus. is not just a plain old adult reference, it has more to it, it is a big batch drink just like they drank to commit "revolutionary suicide" and is a strong and wild drink too.
190 Proof Everclear
Everclear is an American grain spirit, rather a neat rectified spirit and since it's bottled at as high as 95% purity too, it's nothing but rectified spirit. Everclear is bottled at 60%, 75.5% and 90% ABV and despite it's ban in several US states, it's ridiculously high alcohol content and a hard to put out flame when lit, has made it an iconic spirit of notorious reputation.
Some often ask if this is clear distilled grain spirit, then why is it not Vodka? It's not Vodka because Vodka never had this high alcohol content and Vodka is not this rectified, Vodka still retains some flavours of the ingredients but Everclear is almost medical grade pure alcohol.
If you are in the following states of the USA, it will be illegal for you to drink Everclear.
States that currently ban the sale of Everclear include California, Florida, Maine, Massachusetts, Hawaii, Iowa, Michigan, New York, Nevada, Ohio, Washington, North Carolina, New Hampshire and Minnesota - The Badger HeraldFrozen Limeade Concentrate Minute Maid
Strawberry limeade is a refreshing summer cooler made with fresh strawberries, freshly squeezed lime juice and sugar. It is tart, sweet and absolutely delicious!
Water
Water might seem like one ubiquitous ingredient in any alcoholic beverage, and to have no specific purpose other than dilute the alcohol, to prevent irritation and burn, it has more purpose to its presence than it seems.
Water breaks the alcohol molecules and attaches to them and releases the esters that holds the secret to the aroma into the drink and to the nose. Temperature of water is important and although almost all cocktails are served chilled, be sure to understand the role water plays in a drink. Another factor is the quality of water, if you are serious about your cocktail, be sure to use the best neutral tap water or preferably bottled spring water if possible.

B. But if your cocktail is aromatic and liqueur based, and has a complex character that must reach the nose use a wide mouthed Cocktail Glass.
C. Red Wine Glasses for cocktails that have a Red Wine as the base spirit. Red Wine Glasses have a wider mouth and a long stem, so that the wine can be swirled an aerated to release the aroma while the long stem keeps the fingers away and avoid quick warming of the wine.
D. White Wine Glasses for cocktails with a White Wine base, since White Wines must not be aerated as much as a Red Wines, since they oxidise fast when in contact with air, White Wine glassware, in contrast to the wide mouthed bowl of a Red Wine Glassware, is narrow with a narrow mouth. A White Wine has much lighter and delicate notes and the narrow mouth and less surface area in contact with air helps retain the aroma.
E. If your cocktail is based on a Sparkling Wine like Champagne then a Flute Glass is more suitable since a Sparkling Wine is a White Wine with a secondary fermentation that produces the bubbles, and the narrow mouth flute prevents the bubbles from escaping.
F. If it's winter and you are in the mood for some hot cocktails like the Irish Coffee or Hot Toddy, go for the Irish Coffee Glass, it has a heat resistant glass and a handle.
G. Martini Glasses for Martinis or "Tinis" in general, but since these glasses have fallen off of favour these days, a Cocktail Glass will be good too.
